Processing Time

Standard Shipping Processing: 1-2 business days  
During Holiday/Peak Season: 4-5 business days 
Delivery : 4-5 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship only in India-- for now.
We have shipping partners to provide the best shipping experience to you. As soon as the order is processed, the shipping procedure starts.

Order Tracking :

- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Track your package at carrier website or through your account on our website
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear

Order Status:
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Your order is on its way to you
- Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered

Delivery Information

- Contact us immediately if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package
- We are not responsible for packages left unattended per carrier policy
- Delivery address cannot be changed once the package has shipped

No replacement and exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Carrier Responsibility:
- Once marked as delivered, the carrier's responsibility ends
- We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location
- Consider delivery to your workplace if home delivery is problematic

Our Policy:

- We will assist in filing claims with carriers
- Replacement orders may be sent at our discretion
